The 2017 Canadian Championship was the best national championship yet. London, ON crowned Mitch Hewitt as the new reigning Canadian Champion and gave him his 5th title in the Canadian circuit. Mitch went on to represent Canada at the World Championship in Lillehammer, Norway in November and after the best performance of his life, secured a spot on the podium, bringing to Canada its first bronze medal and podium finish in history.
The STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series will stop this year in Wasaga Beach on July 19-22 to celebrate the 2018 Canadian Championship. The beautiful Wasaga beachfront will be the stage for this battle of Titans during the celebration of our partner event, the Wasaga Beach Bike Rally. This is going to be one year for the history books!

- Thursday, July 19 – Pro Men’s Qualifier 1 (Group Red)
- Friday, July 20 – Rookie Canadian Championship and Pro Men’s Qualifier 2 (Group Black)
- Saturday, July 21 – Pro Women’s and Pro Men’s Canadian Championship
- Sunday, July 22 – Pro Men’s Canadian Champions Trophy
After the Canadian Championship, our Canadian Athletes will head to Liverpool, England to battle against the best in the world at the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS World Championship.
